YTTL Panel Discussion Content

The panel discussion was a great capstone on a day's worth of learning at this year's Your Turn to Learn conference, with insights and opinions shared by local training leaders, Diann Wilson(San Diego County Regional Airport Authority), Frank Jensen (Binary Labs), and Bonnie Burns (DISCCert).  Attached are the questions and slides used by moderator Nancy McMonigal (Locus) during the discussion, as well as contact info and a list of resources discussed by the group.

Announcing: 2011 PEAK Award Winner and Finalists!

Mail Boxes Etc., Inc, a UPS Company, received the 2011 PEAK Performance Award for their Sales and Service Training Pilot Study. Marianne Hamilton, Morgan DaCosta, and Linda Nguyen were on hand to accept the award at a special chapter meeting on September 21 at the Handlery Hotel in Mission Valley.
